I already own the legendary bundle, and the only book I don't have "The Wild Beyond The Witchlight" is showing as being reduced from $29.99 to $25.49, so the 15% reduction is being applied for existing bundle owners.
It only talks about a 15% for future purchases, and the only discount mentioned on the bundle page is for the player bundle (20%). I'd assume the 15% applies to all the books when you buy the bundle. I've now got a couple of things, so I not sure how much of the discount I have is due to that and how much is the bundle discount, though.
Edit: I read the post and then did a few things and came back. Apparently that was enough to addle my brain. On the details it says that there is a permanent 15% discount, so no, it hasn't been removed. Why? Are you not receiving it?

Anyways, I don't own a bundle so I can't check myself. However, if it's not applying the discount where it used to before, send an email to customer support. They can check to see what is happening.

Everytime I buy electronic products I get the bundle discount for my legendary bundle. You might need to open a support ticket to have them check your account.
Did they remove the permanent 15% discount if you purchased the legendary bundle?
I haven't seen any announcement about removing it.
