I had subscribed DnDbeyond during the black friday with one year discount, but I found my PCs couldn't share my sourcebooks even after joining my campaign. I had to manage their Character sheets with my own hands, only then they can share my books in DnDbeyond.
So eventually I unsubscribed DnDbeyond after one week I had subscribed, but I found that it is still active in my Marketplace "Active Until: Dec 04, 2023", despite that I have canceled my subscription.
I am not sure why, anyone would be able to give me a helping hand? I have contacted DnDbeyond a few days ago, but they didn't respond me yet.
Customer services is probably your only source, in afraid. Sounds like you cancelled the autorenew, not tue actual subscription.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
You receive the benefits of the subscription for the full period you paid for, even if the renewal has been turned off. So that's just the period through which you're getting the benefits.
This might seem like a silly question but did you get the hero or the master tier. I've never had an issue sharing content. I create a campaign, turn on sharing for the campaign and email them the campaign link.
Mine is master tier , and share content with them with the campaign link.
Did you hit the "enable content sharing" button? Sharing a campaign link alone is not sufficient--you have to specifically enable content sharing in that campaign and the user has to actively join the campaign.
I posted what my campaign screen looks like both on and off (sorry I had to post links as it wouldn't let me add an image). I'm out of ideas at this point and I think only the helpdesk can help if you confirm that you have sharing on. FYI the link has a bunch of numbers afterwards but I erased those. I think if this doesn't resolve it and you've confirmed the players are creating the character directly from the link. I'm out of ideas. I hope you get it resolved. Its possible they are at least low staff for the holidays now so that might be why you haven't heard back. I've generally heard back within 24 hours or so.
I never have a Master tier only Hero, it's useless, for me my players never use dndbeyon, so I use it only to facilitate my DMing experience and it's not that good (GUI), if I have no access to my collection of digital books in the web page interface. guess I'll go back to using books 🙄

On the subscription front, you purchased an annual subscription (at a discount, but that's not really material). That means you subscription renews annually. If you cancel your subscription, all you've done is ensured the subscription won't renew next year. If you had subscribed monthly, your subscription would have ended at the month you had cancelled. I don't know of anywhere that prorate refunds annual subscriptions, which seems to be what you're asking for.

You need to share via Imgur or something - Google Docs blocks access unless you give specific permission.

Well did you pay for a year up front.
Which subscription level did you go with?
I share my content with my players and zero issues.
