Is there a limit to how many characters can join a campaign? I'm starting an adventurer-guild like campaign, and I'm having around 20 people create characters. Right now 13 characters have joined the campaign, but someone else is saying when they try to join it says campaign full. Is there a cap?
I'm not talking about the 6 character limit per account. This is for a campaign.
I have the highest tier membership available on dndbeyond. How many campaigns am I allowed to have on my account? I believe I remember reading somewhere that I'm only allowed 6 campaigns, but I can't find that information anywhere now.

I'm not sure there is a limit to the total number of campaigns you can be a part of. I know the limit to the number of campaigns you can turn on content sharing for is 3.
The 6 limit you are thinking of might be referencing the number of characters free accounts can have.

Strange, I was just told 5 is the number of campaigns for which content sharing can be enabled. Can anyone clarify? Thanks for your response.

It used to be 3, they bumped it to 5 due to Covid. Now they no longer specify how many in their promotions.
You can share your books and compendium content across five campaigns with up to 12 players each! It’s like bringing a backpack full of books for your friends to use, minus the heavy backpack.

The limit is 12 accounts per campaign, but there shouldn't be a limit on the number of characters those people can have.
It's 12 users per campaign, 99 characters per user

having a limit on how many people can join a campaign is really annoying if you are trying to run a west march style campaign
