I created a homebrew item that has some spell links to it but its completely original and it wont let me post in public, it says I have links to privet or unlicensed stuff. I have links to spell from the dnd beyond website but a lot of other magic items do so I don't understand what's wrong with my item.

Ask in the homebrew section, you're much more likely to get a correct and useful response, and sooner.

Not sure if you still need an answer, but you have to make sure any linked spells are from Basic Rules. Other sources will prevent you from sharing it. It’s a bit of a pain, but you still have a lot of options.
