If I have a master tier subscription and join a campaign that doesn't have some of the books like SCAG, and Tasha's, can I share them in that campaign?
Follow up question. Is the master tier subscription needed for content sharing?
Yes. Someone needs master tier subscription, and they need to turn on content sharing in that campaign.
Note, the person with the subscription does not have to be the same person with the content.
Does this mean i could have all the sourcebooks and no sub, and have another playing in my campaign, with no sourcebooks WITH a master sub, we could all use my sourcebooks?

Note, if the DM of that campaign has a master tier as well and is content sharing, your books are already being shared w/o any input by yourself.
