Yes, look for the “manage feats” link in the feats section of the character sheet. That will let you add feats outside of the ASI/feat option at various character levels.
To be honest, I don't see it happening until 1D&D releases next year, if they do it at all.

How do you apply one of these to a character?
Boons/Blessings aren't officially supported yet by D&D Beyond (they're an optional rule).
What you can do, for your own use, is create a homebrew feat to grant the boon/blessing and add it to your character.
