I was hoping for deeper lore for Glory of the Giants, am I overlooking mentions of the Titans and Lanaxis?
Lanaxis Was the name of a particular titan.
But isn't there an entirely separate tier of the Ordoning for Titans?, above Storm Giants?
Titans are on par with gods, and therefore do not have statblocks this edition.
The Empherion Titan is in the Monster Manual, and Glory of the Giants has stats for several more types of Titans.

Glory of the Giants did not mention anything of the sort that I recall.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
