Ahh ok that explains it haha copyright is confusing and I didn't even think of it here. Though tbh idk how to make homebrew items on here. Tried to make something once and got lost in all the options and I wouldn't know if I published it or not. Even if I could manage to make it I might publish by mistake not knowing I had to do something to stop it.
Decided to give it a try making the exalted knuckles that make STR 26 but get an error from dndbeyond
Fixed Value - 26 is not a valid number.
Fixed Value - 22 is not a valid number.
Fixed Value - 19 is not a valid number. (yet it's the number and the formatting given in the example)
Fixed Value - 2 is not a valid number.
So apparently it's impossible to make so I can't use dndbeyond to make my character :( it won't even let me set any number for a fixed STR stat.
What modifier are you using?

You have to increase the stat's maximum score and then set the ability score
Or you can purchase Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting Reborn, now listed in the DDB Marketplace and have the Titanstone Knuckles with a quick search. :)
