Kind of new to this, and tried googling but came up short. I've been homebrewing most of the items they come across since we started with free and homebrew campaigns, but I'm thinking of buying a campaign and just wondering if all my players (who also use DND Beyond) will be able to add campaign specific magic items to their inventory.
In order to share content purchase on D&DB with other players in a campaign, one player in that campaign will need to have a Master tier D&D Beyond subscription. Then they just need to be in or join the campaign on D&DB and enable content sharing in that campaign, and all D&DB products owned by everyone in the campaign will be shared.
You don’t “buy a campaign” here on DDB. You purchase a master tier subscription and activate content sharing to share official content that people in the campaign have purchased. Your homebrews are of course shared for free within campaigns.

I would assume they're talking about buying Curse of Strand or Descent to Avernus or the like.
If so, it's like The_Ace_of_Rogues said: if somebody pays for a Master subscription, you can turn on sharing, and the stuff will be shared. This happens even if you tell it not to share the campaign book with your players, so they can add their loot but not read the book.
