The text appears in features but Neither the maneuver or the tracking slot appear. I understand that I can manually make the roll, but I shouldn't have to. It should be added to features.
You're rolling a single die. You can do that anytime, you don't need yet another place to click to do the same thing.

At first level, the superior technique fighting style says it gives you a d6 superiority die and a maneuver.
But these aren't available on the character sheet anywhere.
