For anyone interested the overall Forum Thread(s) relocation and Forum redesign has begun. Noticed different sub-forums getting shifted around.
Guess that answers the question of when. Curious as to why, but then again I have my suspicions.

Oh and to make a point noticed, the new General Forum subsection created is missing the page bar at the bottom of the listings. Have to scroll up to change pages
