Good morning!

I submitted a support ticket on 8/3, and still haven't heard a single response.   What is the best place to get a hold of someone.   Waiting 18 days for a response seems like very poor customer service, and no phone number or chat option.     Could someone please assist me?

Most of us are members like you, not Support staff.

Only Support can help you with Marketplace/Billing issues. They are not on the forums, they can only help via support tickets which you have already raised.

Bumping threads is against forum rules.

There's a new set of core books, whole new updates to rules etc so the support team are going to get a whole lot more requests than normal. This is the biggest thing since the site launched. They're a small team. It is going to take a time to get a response.
