For my Urban Bounty Hunter, I am not really sure of the differences between, and I quote "criminal underworld, the rough-and-tumble folk of the streets, or members of high society". I'm sorry if my noob or whatever it is, that is showing, but I guess I'm am looking for some examples.
Criminal underworld - organized crime like gangsters or mafia folk of the street - the regular folk in an area, by saying rough and tumble you're indicating maybe the less savory folk.
Members of high society - nobles or well to do people of any given society.

Thank you. As surprising as it may seem, that is really helpful.

Keep in mind, some NPCs can be both members of the criminal underworld, and members of high society.
