I've gotten myself the players handbook, as well as all the stuff I need from other books to make my Kenku Warlock with the Haunted One background. I even built in the Raven Queen unearthed Arcana (I guess it was scrapped for just Hexblade, but the Raven Queen UA fits my character concept more than hexblade. Hexblade almost demands pact of the blade to get the best out of it and I want to go pact of the tome). Anyway, it's been great, it's so far very easy to use. I had a bit of trouble figure out how to level up (it kept erasing my equipment for some reason). Regardless, I love it.
So a couple of quick questions:
1. Is it okay to have basically copy & pasted the Raven Queen UA in or will it get deleted? I've seen a couple threads about stuff like that getting deleted, and I want to make sure I'm not doing something against the TOS.
2. I am looking at the subscriptions. I like to make characters for fun so I'm debating getting one of the subs just to get unlimited characters. I notice that it says one of the benefits is no ads. What ads? I don't see any ads anywhere on the site, so I'm wondering what will really change?
3. Is there any plans on making a mobile app that will have the character builder and stuff on it? The current app looks like it is only for reference material. I can use the website on my tablet so it's not a huge deal, but the place I play at has really bad internet so I was hoping there might be plans for an app that has offline options so I could still access my character sheet and use it's functionality without being online.
4. Is there maybe any plans to allow for uploading larger character pictures? I like to draw my characters and I'd love to be able to upload the picture and have it displayed on my character sheet somewhere, kind of like how the standard paper character sheet has a box for you to draw your character in if you want.

With regards your questions:
That's fine - homebrew whatever you like - the only restrictions are with regards to hitting the publish button to share your homebrew. We ask that users only share homebrew which is their own, original content (as in, not WotC published, not Unearthed Arcana, not Critical Role etc). For your own personal use, you're absolutely fine to homebrew yourself the Raven Queen subclass from UA.
The ads are probably being blocked then, either by a browser extension or an application on your network. Not all pages have ads and the team have tried to not make them too obtrusive. You should see them on content pages such as the races page.
The mobile app is currently in beta and the team developing it are aware of the use-case for playing on mobile devices in an area where there is no internet access. It's been discussed and would likely be some form of offline character sheet access, rather than full character builder.
I'm not aware of any plans to allow upload of larger character pictures, but doesn't mean you can't suggest it on our feedback forum, or ask about it in the monthly & Beyond developer stream on Twitch.
