D&D, WOTC, Beyond and all that are based out of Washington correct?
I am joining a boycott of California and want to make sure I can still enjoy my favorite game.

A boycott of...the entire state of California? Well, to each their own.
Wizards of the Coast is based in the Seattle area, so you should be fine.

Ah, thank G-D for that and thank you for telling me. At least I got one thing that is positive going for me right now.
Yeah, it is going to be a lot of effort but they passed law last night which negatively affects people of my minority in a very major way. I won't go into the details. If you want to know DM me or ask me on Discord.

I feel like something important must have slipped through the cracks in my feeds. I'm all about the moral compulsion to turn out in support for the vulnerable and oppressed, so I try to stay apprised of new laws that target the marginalized and help out where and how I can. But I'm not seeing anything about new such legislation in California, nor any calls for boycotts. The most prominent news I'm seeing about a new law is just the child marriage ban, which is an unambiguous win and not the sort of thing I'd expect to stir up boycott talk.
At any rate, as wagnarokkr said, WotC is headquartered in Seattle, so no worries there. But I seem to recall at least some staff work primarily remote, so that may introduce some uncertainty depending on how ardent your commitment to boycott is. I'm also not sure about third-party content creators/publishers or companies that manufacture dice, minis, and other accessories.
