On a recent Developer Update, Badeye explained that the Stranger Things starter set was released by Hasbro (more generally) and not by Wizards of the Coast specifically. DDB’s licensing agreement is with Wizards, not with Hasbro as a whole. So it’s not an automatic inclusion here. Badeye was hopeful they would be able to add it, but there’s legal/corporate/licensing issues to be resolved before that can happen. {Keep in mind that this is my memory of what he said; I may have some of the nuances wrong}

I had the same question. I'd love to see the monsters and items from Hunt for the Thessalhydra ported over to D&D Beyond.
