Does anyone know if there is a way to create weapons similar to the ones in Assassins Creed? I am thinking of a wrist-blade launcher that fires either darts or daggers.

There is the Bracer of Flying Daggers from Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. You could homebrew something based on that.

I think the hidden blade would be a dagger that deals bonus damage to surprised enemies, or is like a Vorpal sword.
