In the forums, with each comment under the signature line there is an upward facing arrow with a number next to it. Press the arrow to give that user a "like" or "thanks" for their comment. The number represents how many users have liked or thanked them.
If you are using mobile, that feature isn't accessible unless you switch over to an actual computer.
Otherwise, paying attention to session and being involved is the best reward a DM could ask for.

If you simply type the words “thank you” in a message directed to that person it counts as a “thanks.”
