Can a blood hunter store his blood (hit points) in vials to use later instead of using current hit points to fuel his abilities or is it just the blood currently in his body?
Question for my group since we're new to the class.
By the rules - you have to lose the hit points to activate the effect. No HP loss, no blood curse.
By the theme - yeah, you have to actually lose some blood as you activate the effect. It's not like a magical ingredient that you can save up for later like some lame "eye of newt" or "owl feather dust" some stupid wizard keeps in a bag of junk and then pulls out, you're channeling your life essence.

Blood=/=HP
You can lose HP without loosing blood, and you can lose blood without loosing HP. They are not the same.

Yeah, Warforged don't even have blood, so it isn't really your "blood" that is being drained from, it is your life.
