If you want to run that style of campaign where magic is integrated into the world the way electricity is integrated into our world it’s great. If you aren’t interested in that type of campaign there isn’t enough to justify the cost of the setting.

The races are fine, the Artificer rocks (except the Alchemist needs a little boost). I thought it was worth it for the book just for the Artificer.
