Create it as a homebrew and copy the Moon-Touched Scimitar. Change the name to add the +1. Add the +1 magical bonus to the stats. You will be able to use it in your campaigns.
Go to the homebrew creator and “create homebrew magic item” and when it asked you if you want a template choose Moon-Touched Scimitar.
On your copy of the Moon-Touched Scimitar, you need to “add modifier”
Modifier—>Bonus
Modifier Subtype—>Magic
Fixed Value—> 1
SAVE
Then change the name to Moon-Touched Scimitar to “Moon-Touched Scimitar, +1” and add the following to the description: “You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.” Then re-save the whole magic item. That will trigger the system to pick up the changes. It may take up to 10-20 minutes for the system to push through to the changes through to the character sheet.
I just went to enhance my Moon-Touched Scimitar with a +1 Magic Enhancement. How do I show that it is both? Can it be Both?
