Do ranged attacks have advantage on a creature with blindsight. For example, an archer shoots an arrow at a gelatinous cube. Also, if a pc has blind sight and is attacked by a ranged attack, could they use something like portent, the lucky feat, or even the shield spell to attempt to avoid/block it?
the fact you are shooting at a bat is no different than shooting at a bird. why would you think a ranged attack would be influenced by the fact the target may not need eyes to see.

Because if the bird is aware of the attacker, it may attempt to dodge. So would the bat, if it were able. That's why Dexterity is a factor in AC calculations.
A creature with blindsight can see out to the specified range regardless of whether they are otherwise blind (no eyes, have the blinded condition). Attacks against such a creature are not at advantage if you are within their blindsight radius, unless there is a non-sight-related reason for you to have advantage.
