I have a master account and want to open up all playable races to my players. Has anyone out there already figured out what are all the sourcebooks with that content?
I've put together a list of all racial options, excluding the Basic Rules and Elemental Evil Player's Companion. This list includes duplicates across sources, which I haven't marked (yet)
On DDB, we also get the free Elemental Evil doohickey document stuff. (It wasn't until DDB that I even knew it existed let alone freely available from WotC as a download.) Yes. They're duplicated elsewhere, but they're also part of the free stuff with PHB. If it were me (and it's not), I would mention the free stuff as free so someone referencing the list won't think they absolutely need EGtW or SCAG for the four origins.
(I'm going to just use the word 'origins' from now on given how certain words cause contention.)

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.

PHB, Volo’s, Eberron, Wildmount, Theros, Ravnica, Tortles, Grung, maybe missing one or two races, but that’s the vast majority of them.

The races section groups races by source. As for the list above, Elemental Evil has a couple.
Elemental Evil is free access and everyone has it.
