My group and I are about to finish our Curse of Strahd campaign and I want to buy a new adventure book, but even though I chose for them not to see the content, they can see the name of the book.
Is there way to complete hide a book from my players even though I still want to enable content share in some books?

No, the most you can do is set it so they cannot read the book by turning off that content from the content sharing. The Magic Items, etc. will still be accessible from the character sheet, but they won’t be able to actually read the book unless they have access to it some other way.
And will they be able to read the title of the book or see the cover if I don't share it?
Once you turn on content sharing then it shares everything, you cannot choose to not share a specific book. All you can choose to do is prevent them from reading the compendium content of a specific book. (The compendium is the actual words in the book itself.)
If you select that book to be hidden, they should not see it listed under which books are shared (but I might be mistaken).
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

I believe that content sharing is all or nothing.

Tasha
It is, but we can turn off access to compendium content on a book by book basis.

Yes, they can just go look in the marketplace and see the title, cover, and table of contents.
And, maybe this is obvious but, if they really want to read one of the books they can just buy it.
WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.

All books owned by everyone in the campaign show in a list. If the DM restricts one, it says "Blocked" next to it instead of "Shared".
Oh I get it. So I'd have to make a different Campaign with no players and when we are done with Strahd I just invite them.
If you want to, but it won’t make any difference if content sharing is already enabled in the CoS campaign.
This really isn’t that big of a deal. If they want to read ahead they can, and there’s nothing you can really do to stop them.

I mean in the old days, every person who bought the basic set box got a copy of Keep on the Borderlands. We could read it if we wanted to.
And we did, some of us, because we were kids. But we still played it and had fun.

"Hey guys,
We (all of us) now have access to the some new content. It's called 'DMs Eyes Only.'
Please don't look in that book. Thanks."

To be honest, most of them probably won’t even notice it anyway.

Yeah I hope so. I really want to make a big reveal and tease the adventure. I guess asking them won't hurt.
