I have this idea for a character based on Lelouch from code geass, and was hopeing for help brainstorming.
Right now I am thinking V-human Fey-lock and or bard on mind alteration spells, but any ideas, from feats to spells are welcome, even homebrew ones.
And please, don't make any "dang weeb, keep your anime out of my fantasy" comments. I am makeing this for fun,and those comments are not welcome.
EDIT: ok,so now l am thinking VHuman mastermind rogue 3/hex-lock 5/eloquence bard ?. (or maybe some homebrew subclass that combines aspects from the 3)
I'm not familiar with the character so there's not much I can do to help. Sorry!

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
I would go with School of Enchantment wizard to spam Geass as much as possible, and Enchantment wizards comes with minor memory altering ability to cause the target to forget that it was being influenced by you at level 14. Additionally, if you wish, you can also multiclass for 6 levels into College of Glamour Bard to Charm a small crowd at once and spam Command to micromanage specific targets a little more easily.
Alternatively, if you more emphasis on logic, deduction, and battlefield control over mind control, I recommend Divination Wizard and you can just reflavor a lot of the Divination spells as logical deductions. Detect Thoughts lets you read minds, See Invisibility allows you to "deduce" where some sneaky targets are, Mind Spike allows you to keep track of enemies for the rest of the fight, Telepathic Bond gives you unhindered communication with your allies, and Scrying lets you know how the opponent plans their battle. At level 18, you can basically ping an entire army with Mind Spike given enough time.
Archfey Warlock does not feel like it has enough mind control abilities in my opinion, and Fey Presence at level 1 does not seem very effective as the radius is really small and the duration only lasts for one round.
For races, you can use Variant human, but you can also ask your DM if you can reskin another race as human if you want other mechanics to fit the character. Palid Elves have advantage on Investigation and Insight checks, and elves in general also give proficiency in Perception. Vedalken and Gnomes have advantage on Int, Dex, and Cha saving throws. Half-Elves gives you more stats and an extra proficiency compared to Variant human in exchange for a Feat. Kalashtar gives you telepathy to better communicate with allies and control your minions. I personally lean towards Kalashtar and you can just flavor the telepathy as a small radio or something.
For ability scores, I recommend using Point Buy to dump your physical stats to 8. If you DM allows, you can ask them if you can dump your physical stats even more in exchange for an extra Feat or redistribute them to your mental stats. 8 Str, Dex, and Con still feels a little too high in my opinion, and 6 in those stats feels about right.
For Feats, I recommend Actor, Alert, Keen Mind, Inspiring Leader, Observant, and Prodigy for self explanatory reasons. I also recommend Aberrant Dragonmark for the markings on the eyes, and you can pick up Message and True Strike for communication and supporting your allies respectively. Martial Adept's Commander's Strike and Rally will make you more effective on the battlefield as a support. You can also pick Linguist to cipher and decipher written communication. For UA Feats, there is Practiced Expert, Tandem Tactician, Telepathic, and Wild Talent.
All great ideas! And yeah, the only reason l wanted to go feylock was cause C.C, is kinda a fey,and she gives him his geass,so i though it fit lore wise, but l decided to go hexblade. Thanks XXXGammaRay.

then why comment? that wastes your time typeing, and my time reading and replying.
So that you wouldn't feel ignored if nobody DID answer you. I'm sorry to have wasted your time trying to be courteous, I assure you I will not make the mistake again.

They were trying to give your post a boost. You’re more likely to get useful responses if someone has already posted. 🤷♂️ It just seems to work that way. Plus, it kept your post on the front page so it would be more likely to get noticed by others.

I see. I personally prefer reskinning D&D stuff to better match D&D's mechanics to third party lore rather than trying to match D&D's lore to third party lore.
