The little box that comes up in some people's posts

How can you do the little box at the bottom of posts that many people use to advertise their homebrew?

Also how do you do blockquotes, bold, italic in mobile? It only seemz to come up in PC

 1. The little box at the bottom is the Signature, you can change yours by going to your Account page and then to Profile.

2. I haven't used DDB on mobile yet, so I don't know how to do that there, sorry. :/

 Thanks(ddb seems to lack a few things in portrait mode)
