"View" the character, and click on the character name. A new window frame will pop up on the right. About 3 or 4 lines down you will see "manage experience." That's your ticket.
This is on a PC. I have no idea if the layout would be the same on a tablet or a phone.

I am new to this site. And on my character sheet where do I find my xp? Or DM has left it up to us to imput our xp. Thanks
Edit your character. On the <HOME> tab of the Character Builder, scroll to the <Advancement Type> section and change <Milestone> to <XP>.
Once you have done that, go to your Character Sheet, click on your character's portrait, and then click on <MANAGE EXPERIENCE>.
