Tarrassque Roast
Step 1 place the Roast into a marinade of red wine and coffee over night. Step 2, sear both ends of the cut. Step 3 stew in pot with potatoes, carrots and diced onions. Step 4, serve roast with gravy.

I like using a lot of essence of hand squished gnome blended with Wood Elf Ear wax (put aside the ears and save them for later)
Mix the essence with rock water and it makes a great tea.
