Adding DM requests to character sheets?

So at request of my DM I was looking to try and add 2 specific items to the sheet.

How do I add fey ancestry and the cantrip minor illusion for a race feature when I have gold dragonborn set as race?

You could make a homebrewed version of the race. But honestly it would be easiest as a feat:

Modifier: Advantage->Subtype: Saving Throws->Details: “against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep”

You can add the Cantrip to the same feat and then add the feat directly to your character sheet under Features & Traits->Feats->Manage Feats.
