Homebrew Patrons?

Is it possible to hombrew patrons on D&DB?

Yes. A patron is just a Warlock subclass, you create them the same as any other subclass: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/creations/create-subclass).

I have created a variant of the Hexblade but with an expanded spell list and I have I believe copied the formatting. However none of the extended spell list is coming through as spell choices on the character sheet, any ideas how to solve it?

How did you add them?

I edited the existing Expanded spell list that was there as I had used the hexblade as a template

That won’t change anything except the description. You need to enter each spell in the “Additional Specific Spells” field under Basic Information.
