Trying to create a magical robe with no success

Trying to add a "robe of protection +2" (plus some other nice stuff) in the home-brew magic items section, but cannot add the +2 AC protection.. what am I doing wrong? Can anyone give me some Advice/support?

Use the basic robe as your template and then simply change the Fixed Value for the Modifier to 2.
