One cannot. The best one can do is attempt to fake is by adding their own actions to represent unarmed strikes and use “level overrides” for the scaling die and “limited uses” for Ki. But actual Martial Arts is a base class feature to which we have no access.
One might try adding a class feature named “Martial Arts,” but this one doubts that will work.
If one were to try to incorporate Martial Arts into their homebrew subclass, how would one go about doing that?
