Add spell slots to a fighter subclass

Hey! Im trying to recreate a sub class that I found online in homebrew. I want to have a have my character at level 3 start out with 3 first level spell slots. Any ideas on how to do that?

All you can give it is the identical spell slot & spells known progression as the Eldritch Knight.
