I added a spell list to the draconic bloodline sorcerer in homebrew. I used the aberrant mind spell list codes and everything came out looking fine. I changed my players class over to the new homebrew class, but it doesn't show any of her new spells. I checked all the normal boxes can cast spells ect. What do I have to do?
You don’t need to check “can cast spells,” sorcerers can already do that, you only need the Spellcasting ability designated.
First off, just checking here: When you added the spells, did you add them to a feature under [ADD A SPELL] like this:
After you add/edit/delete anything on a subclass feature you MUST re-save the feature and then also re-save the entire subclass using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system won’t pick up your changes. After that it can take up to 20 minutes for the changes to push through to the character sheets.
If you attach more than one spell at a time like I think you mean (instead of each as it’s own individual entry), then that offers the player a choice between those spells, not both of them. Those would have to be selected from the dropdown in the character builder.
Did you add that as a “granted” feature or as an “additional” feature? If you did it as “additional” then that’s your problem, it needs to be “granted.” You would have to delete the feature and recreate it as granted.
And again:
After you change anything on any homebrew you MUST re-save the entire homebrew using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system will not pick up your changes. After that it could take up to 20 minutes for those changes to push through to the character builder/sheet. You may still need to “wake up” your character sheet at this point by adjusting the class level up and back down to trigger it to update its cache. After that refresh the page again just to be safe.

I did go under spells and add them in the way you have shown under spells. I did group them in pair for a few of them but still nothing.
