I'm not entirely certain if this is a bug or if I am just incompetent, so I thought I'd ask for help before posting in the bugs forum.
Since D&D beyond does not currently allow you to add infusions to your artificer weapons (thunder gauntlets) I am attempting to create a custom item that represents Thunder Gauntlets with the Radiant Weapon infusion.
I've got most of it sorted out. Thunder Damage, removed the 2 handed property, added charges..
The part I am having trouble with is getting the +1/+1 using intelligence.
I assumed this would be Bonus - Magic Item attack with Intelligence - Fixed value 1, but that does not seem to be working.

As for the “+1/+1,” that’s a misconception. It’s just “+1” as they are not altered individually. So for this it’s simply the following:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Magic->Fixed Value: 1
That modifier will turn any weapon into a Weapon, +1.
However, you cannot set the item to use Intelligence as the attack and damage modifier. That’s simply impossible. You will have to manually adjusted the attack and damage modifiers will need to individually on the character sheet to reflect using the character’s Int, and those numbers will need to be updated every time the character’s Int changes for any reason, including things like getting attacked by an Intellect Devourer. This is one of the main reasons that DDB has not made them as an item that could be infused, and instead has them programmed as an Action attached directly to the class feature.

Why would you add a fixed value? maybe that's the problem, you should do Bonus - Magic Item attack with Intelligence and Bonus - Magic - Fixed Value 1

I hope that helps.

Don't you just put "Bonus -> Attack with Intelligence"
or
"Bonus -> Intelligence Score"
Something along those lines?
No.
