How to add homebrew spells to feats

Im currently trying to add a homebrew enchantment spell to a character im making via feytouched, even though i have the the homebrew setting turned on the spell doesnt appear in the list, anybody know what to do?

You would have to make a copy of Fey Touched and add your homebrewed spell to the list in that feat.
