Am I doing this right as there seems to be more than one way to do this adding say 2d6 damage against undead on a weapon. Favored Enemy - Undead, dice count 2, dice type d6. Damage modifier subtype slashing, dice count 2, dice type d6 Details against undead.
Favored Enemy has nothing to do with damage. It is not currently possible to mane a Magic Weapon that does an additional 2d6 Damage automatically to undead. (When you hit the Attack button it has no idea what you are attacking anyway.)
Then what is Favored Enemy meant to do then? It strikes me that is exactly what it is there for to make the old Longsword +2, +4 vs Dragons or whatever.
