I just created a few homebrew feats and two of them require the players to make a choice. One requires a gaming set choice and the other a musical instrument choice. Where on the character builder does one go to make those choices? Usually it's on the class page, but since this is a feat granted without requiring a level, I don't see a place where the player must make the choice.
I'm assuming by the use of "this is a feat granted without requiring a level" that you/the player added the feat directly to the character sheet using Manage Feats. In the sidebar where they added the feat it should have a blue exclamation point, indicating a choice to be made. By clicking the arrow to the right of the feat name you can open the feat's details, including any option boxes related to the feat.
I hope that helps. If you're still having troubles please share the link to the affected character. You can use the direct URL from the address bar, and not the share link.
I'm making a homebrew monster that can cast spells, and some of the spells I'd like to add are homebrew spells of my own making. Would using the tooltips work for homebrewed spells?
