Is there a way to make a class feature that adjusts stats temporarily?

My DM gave me a boon that allows me to turn into a dragon, temporarily altering my stats and adjusting my to hit, dmg etc.

is there a way we could toggle that into some sort of class feature so that when it is on, we are able to roll using the dragon stats for my attacks?
