I'm struggling a little to figure out what's wrong. I'm trying to make sure my homebrew race works, but when i go to use it in the character builder, some of the racial traits that aren't supposed to be changable have options: ie some of the racial spells that are supposed to be learned automatically upon reaching a designated level instead show up in the builder as an option to choose between the two after having selected the race, and a racial feat that is supposed to be unchangable instead gives an option to change it to a diffrent feat. How do i fix this?

You added both spells to the trait at the same time, so it treats it as a choice. You have to add each spell individually to get the, to both be automatically granted at the same level.
Races aren’t supposed to automatically grant specific feats, that’s not how they’re sposta work. Justvgive it its own racial trait instead. The only race that currently grants a feat is the Variant Human, and it grants a choice of feats, so the system automatically grants the choice of a feat. Don’t give races specific feats, it’s not great design, just come up with something specific for your race instead. It’s more interesting that way.
Also, giving races access to higher level spells is not a great design choice either. There’s a number of very good reasons that the official races never grant access to a spell higher than 2nd-level. 3rd-level+ spells are intended too be more special and powerful than cantrip — 2nd-level spells. I would highly recommend sticking to that cutoff for the most part. And there’s also good reasons that races to grant anything new past 5th level too. On top of that, giving your race access to higher level Magic and a free feat is so Incredibly overpowered I doubt that any experienced DM would ever allow your brew at their tables.
