Patrons for homebrew blood hunter not showing up

I'm making a homebrew blood hunter subclass based on order of the profane soul, but the otherworldly patrons wouldn't show up in character creation.

Did you make them as “optional class features,” or as “class feature options?” You want to make them as class feature options. Thank you, I figured it out. It was actually because I used the "blank" Order of Profane Soul instead of one of the other two options that had either (WIS) or (INT) next to it.
