TL;DR - I want to make an item that has 2 different abilities with different charges for each of the abilities (example- you can do command three times and fireball twice). Is that possible on D&D Beyond?

So, my party has managed to rob the king himself (REALLY lucky rolls), and sure enough the barbarian stole his crown. I decided that it needs to be special, and I thought about having it do multiple things, (both passive and active).
I want one (active) abilty to have 1 single charge, and another that changes depending on the character's prof' bonus.

Can I even do that on D&D Beyond?
If so then how?
And if not - I would love a work-around for it that you guys came up with. I was thinking about making another feat, just so the player would have "charges tick boxes" on his sheet, but that would make the sheet all messy and I would like to make things simple to my player.

It is not currently possible to make a magic item that pulls stats like PB from the character sheet for uses.
