Hey all

Wondering if anyone has any experience with homebrew feats at all?

I've made a couple as I wanted to change up the monk class with some maneuvers. Similar to Martial adept. I just can't seem it to automate anything and am not sure if I need to add code or anything?

Depending on what you are trying to “automate “ it may not be possible. What exactly are you trying to accomplish, I may be able to help.

Thank you. Murphy's law after this I found a snippet post so can try to use that. If not I have made the attacks in avrae workshop and can just use them if needed.

Ideally was trying to automate DC saves, such as trip. If fail then prone. Disarm etc.

I’m unfamiliar with avare, so I don’t know what it can or cannot do. If you just want the data to display on the sheet what it would be, then yes, snippets are probably the way to go. If you need help with your snippets then ask in that snippet thread and the experts will help you, probably naruhoodie. She’s the best, that’s where I go for snippet help and she always comes through.

PS- Remember that snippets don’t actually “do” anything on your character sheet, they just display calculated data. They won’t actually change anything on your sheet.
