Ok need same help with homebrew coding.  

I got a player that want to roll a cleric of time.

 I using forge domain as Template base building block. But we both agree that he should have access to Wildemount spells of Chronurgy as expanded spell list. For reason I do not know I can not get they spell to should in cleric spell

What am I doing wrong.?

You will have to purchase those spells from the Wildmount book. After that you will be able to include them as additional spells for the cleric subclass you are homebrewing. No need to homebrew the spells as well as long as you’ve purchased them.
