For example, if I want to make a homebrew monster, for example "immune to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical damage by creatures of size Large or smaller" - is this possible? As I can't see how....

Monsters I made or adapted from other sources for use here.
We only have the same choices that the official monsters have immunity/resistance to. Since nothing official has that immunity the option for it is not available in the content builder.
I'd just add the general immunity then add a note about any exceptions as a trait in the special traits section.
For example, I have a creature based on a shadow dragon and decided to just give it resistance to all damage for simplicity then added the trait:
Manifest Shadow. <redacted> has no damage resistances within an area of direct sunlight. He also loses both for one round if he suffers radiant damage.
I did this because there's no all damage resistance except for radiant option, plus I needed to factor in sunlight vulnerability anyway.
You'd want to make yours something like "Giant Vulnerability: <monster name> has no damage immunities against damage from creatures that are Huge or larger" or something along these lines (you may want to rephrase if it has other immunities that aren't ignored)?
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
