Hi! Currently, I'm trying to make a spell that shoots out daggers from a cloak and I am having trouble making the spell add a Dexterity Modifier to the damage of the spell. Any help?

I can't make it add the Primary stat because It would make it Intelligence instead of Dexterity.

You cannot.

Tis a shame, but on the bright side I figured out that making the actual cloak a dagger instead of a wondrous item allows me to add a special attack that uses dexterity to it instead of going through the hassle of making a spell and adding it to the item!
