I recreated the One D&D exhaustion rules by making a feat for each level of exhaustion.
But for spell attacks and initiative there are a couple of bugs.
For spell attacks, -1 and -10 do not work. -2 to -8 work perfectly. All the feats are exactly the same except for the number, I created them by copied the same one over and over again. I also put negatives for melee and ranged spell attacks too just to check, nothing happens.
For initiative, it doesn't work on any of them.
I go Bonus - (the relevant roll, weapon attack, initiative, etc.) - Fixed Value: -(insert number here).
Edit: Also spell attack negative modifiers don't work on spells gained from a class feature no matter the level.
Edit 2: Ok never mind for spell attacks, it finally started working for no reason. But so far initiative still isn't being lowered.
