I've been considering sharing some of my homebrew monsters.
There's a problem, though. A lot of my homebrew is created when I see a cool image and think "what if that had stats?" After making the monster, I tend to put the image on the monster in dndbeyond so i can remember which monster inspired it. As I don't own the images, I thought it would be best to remove the images before I tried to share anything, but I don't see how aside from making the monster again, but this time not adding the image.
Is there a way to do this without making the monster a 2nd time and not adding the image?
Whenever a homebrew is published, any images attached to it are hidden and only visible to the homebrew’s author, and those in campaigns with that person. This is specifically to prevent copyright issues such as the OP described.
