One of my players made a shield out of a bulette carapace and I want to give them a burrowing speed as one of its abilities, but I can't see how to add this.
I searched the homebrew group for burrowing but couldn't find instructions.
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Simply put, you can't, this is one of those things dndbeyond is not built to do, and you should just include the burrowing speed in the description and add to the character sheet through other methods.
