So I created a homebrew halfling, is that race not eligible to be able to take the halfling feat "Bountiful luck" and "Second Chance"? Do I have to make new feat for the homebrew race?
As homebrews it would only be eligible for those feats if made as a “variant” to the base race and not as a wholly unique Halfling race.
